 | Samira Begman-Karabeg was born in Bosnia-Herzegovina in 1954. She emigrated to her chosen second home in Switzerland in 1978, where she became a citizen. She has a university degree in economics and tourism from the Workers' University of Belgrade. Samira Begman acquired extensive experience in the area of asset management in Switzerland (ten years of experience). Mrs. Begman was a security specialist and responsible for training apprentices at the UBS from 2000-2002. | |
Following this, she had a diverse number of management positions and freelance mandates in the areas of finance and accounting, among others as an independent accountant. Samira Begman continuously added to her education in her area of work and in organization management: she has a certificate as an assistant in accounting, a management diploma from the AKAD school (completion 2003), and currently prepares for the Swiss Federal Diploma in finance and accounting. Samira Begman is bilingual, speaking German and Bosnian, and also speaks Russian and English. Before commencing her work at KOW, Mrs. Begman was accountant for a leading Russian company with headquarters in Zurich. | ||
